Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer with 6-8 years of expertise in Salesforce application development and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce AI (Einstein AI), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Data Cloud, and enterprise integrations.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce to automate business processes, enhance customer engagement, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Experience in the BFSI domain and Generative AI technologies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Agentforce Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Configure Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, conversation flows, topics, and custom agent actions.
- Build AI-driven workflows to automate customer service, sales, onboarding, and operational processes.
- Optimize agent performance to improve accuracy, compliance, and user experience.

Salesforce Development :

- Develop scalable Salesforce applications using : 1. Apex 2.

Lightning Web

Components (LWC) 3. Aura Components 4. SOQL/SOSL 5.

Salesforce

Flows.

- Customize and extend Salesforce platform capabilities to meet business requirements.
- Configure and support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

AI &

- Data Management :




- Implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Einstein AI.
- Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data.
- Build AI-powered recommendations and predictive insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Integration &

- APIs :
- Develop and maintain integrations using : 1. REST APIs 2. SOAP APIs 3.

Platform

Events 4. MuleSoft.

- Integrate Salesforce Agentforce with enterprise systems and external AI services.

Security &

- Governance :
- Implement Salesforce security best practices, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, and organizational governance policies.
- Monitor AI agent performance, audit logs, and system health.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.
