We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to drive the adoption and optimization of the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud components. The successful candidate will be a key player in our digital transformation, leveraging technical innovation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the administration capabilities of the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless sales and service journeys for customers across multiple channels

- Lead the setup and configuration of green-field Salesforce implementations, with an initial focus on Service Cloud built using SF/Vlocity components

- Configure and develop Salesforce solutions, including Service Cloud setup, Lightning App Builder, Flows, and Object Configuration

- Drive user provisioning and configuration of permissions and access, including non-Salesforce applications

- Collaborate with Senior Solution Architects to document end-to-end solutions and deliver required functionality across Sales, Service, Fulfillment,



Payment, Billing, and Support

- Define and implement technology trends and roadmap, ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures

Required Skills

- Salesforce Certification: Administrator (ADM201)

- Salesforce Administrative experience

- Service Cloud processes, including Support processes, Case milestones, SLAs, and Case Assignment and Escalation Rules

- Salesforce User permissions and access, including User Licenses, feature licenses, profiles, and permission sets

- Declarative configuration, including Page Layouts, Compact Layouts, Object record types, and custom fields

- Configurative development using Lightning App Builder

- Knowledge Setup, Article creation, and access

- SFI/Vlocity knowledge

- Einstein bots

- Workbench

- Experience with CI/CD process

- Admin/App Builder Certification
