Job Title: Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver induction and refresher training for new and existing sales employees.

- Conduct training on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, customer communication, and soft skills.

- Identify training needs through performance analysis and work closely with stakeholders to improve productivity.

- Evaluate trainee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and maintain training records.

- Design and update training content, presentations, and learning materials.

- Support on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure employees meet business KPIs.

Eligibility:

- 2-7 years of experience in Sales Training, Process Training, or Learning & Development.

- Experience in BPO, Insurance, BFSI, or Tele-sales is preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Solid knowledge of Training Need Analysis (TNA), coaching, and performance management.

- Graduation is mandatory.

Work Schedule:

- 6 days working

- Day shift

- Work from office
