Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in achieving daily and monthly business objectives.
- Visit retail outlets and distributors to understand market dynamics.
- Conduct market surveys and gather competitor intelligence.
- Support secondary sales tracking and reporting.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential retail outlets.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product visibility and availability at retail outlets.
- Prepare daily activity reports and share key market insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Eligibility
- MBA students (Sales & Marketing specialization preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
