– Sales Support Team Head

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Sales Support team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Prepare, review, and consolidate sales reports, MIS, dashboards, and business performance analysis for management.
- Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and key business metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve business results.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.
- Support sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and target tracking activities.
- Manage customer master data, pricing, sales documentation, and other sales administration processes.
- Track customer contracts, commercial terms, and business commitments to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and automation initiatives using Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance sales support functions.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures.




- Mentor and develop team members while driving a high-performance and customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–12 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Business Planning, MIS, or Commercial Operations.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a team leadership role is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization, DAX, Power Query, and report automation).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and business reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
