We're hiring a Sales Specialist – Deep-Tech & Engineering Solutions to drive business growth for an creative engineering organization working in Robotics, Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, Intelligent Sensors, IoT, and Mission-Critical Engineering Solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive B2B business development and customer acquisition

✅ Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure

✅ Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations

✅ Engage with CXOs, engineering leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers

✅ Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions

✅ Build strategic partnerships and channel networks

✅ Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D;, Marketing, and Leadership teams

? Mandatory Requirements





✔ B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)

✔ 5+ years of experience in B2B Technical Sales / Engineering Sales / Industrial Sales

✔ Experience selling technically complex engineering solutions

✔ Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills

✔ Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle

✔ Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development
