InBody India is looking for a energetic Sales Specialist – Defense to drive business growth across the Defense sector, including the Armed Forces, Military Hospitals, Defence PSUs, and related institutions. The role involves developing new business, managing defense tenders, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunities within the Defense sector.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including tendering, bidding, negotiations, and order closure.
Build relationships with defense officials, procurement teams, and institutional decision-makers.
Drive consultative selling and position products based on customer requirements.
Track defense procurement opportunities, tenders, and competitor activities.
Maintain sales pipeline, tender documentation, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of experience in Defense Sales, Government Sales, or Institutional Sales.
Experience with GeM Portal, e-tendering, and defense/public procurement processes.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
