Role & responsibilities

- Review and respond to daily RFQs from customers with accurate and competitive quotations.

- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and internal teams to gather pricing and availability information.

- Prepare and submit skilled quotations within defined timelines.

- Maintain records of RFQs, quotations, and customer communications for tracking and reporting.

- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations to secure orders.

- Support the sales team with pipeline development and market intelligence.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance repeat business.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications and skills required:

- Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and additional qualifications in supply chain management will be helpful.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions.

- Ability to use ERP System for cost, PO history, lead times, shortages, and quality.

- Must be organized and keen to detail

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills and proficiency in MS office.

- Excellent written and spoken English
