: Sales Operations (Fresher) Position Overview We are looking to hire Sales Operations resources (Freshers) to support our sales team through data-driven insights, reporting, process coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable with data, and eager to build a career in Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales reports, trackers, and dashboards Manage and update CRM data with high accuracy and attention to detail Support sales teams with operational tasks and data requirements Perform data cleanup, validation, and basic analysis using Excel/Google Sheets Create professional business presentations and reports using PowerPoint Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data, reporting, and follow-ups Maintain proper documentation and follow professional email etiquette Assist in tracking sales pipeline, performance metrics, and KPIs Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales operations support Must-Have Skills & Requirements Robust proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)



Excel Skills: o VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP o Pivot Tables o Basic formulas and data handling PowerPoint: Ability to create clean, structured business presentations Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Conceptual awareness of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong logical thinking and basic business understanding Ownership mindset with a strong willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple reports and operational tasks Good-to-Have Skills (Adds Strength to Profile) Exposure to sales funnel and pipeline concepts Experience with Google Sheets or Excel dashboards Basic understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle Internship or project experience in sales, operations, consulting, or analytics Familiarity with tools like Power BI or basic SQL

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
