? Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) & Kirana/SME merchants.
- Drive daily loan files & disbursals through field visits.
- Deliver monthly target.
? Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in field sales (DSA management, Microfinance, Telecom, FMCG, or Retail Loans preferred).
- Own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- High energetic ground hustler with valuable local geography knowledge.
