Experience Required

20+ years of relevant experience

Age Preference:40 45 years

Travel Requirement:10–15 days per month (Pan India travel)

Product Range: Couplings & Joints & gear box

Business Volume: 40 Crore

Additional Experience: Bearings & Gearboxes

Industry Exposure: Steel, Industrial Material Handling Plants/OEMs

– Product Manager (Coupling – JAURE & Airflex / Danfoss)

Candidate should handle around 30Cr + business ( along with team). Handling teams should be more then 5 to 10 nos.

Need to handle all Steel OEM, MH OEM , communication with overseas and India principal , Product approval.

Daily business operation, good commercial knowledge. Experience in coupling is must

Position Title:

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented qualified to lead the Coupling (JAURE) and Airflex (Danfoss) product portfolio business across India. The role requires strong techno-commercial expertise, strategic business development capabilities, and leadership experience in handling large-scale industrial accounts and teams.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, managing principal relationships, product approvals, and strengthening market presence across Steel and Material Handling OEM segments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Management

- Drive and manage 30 Cr+ business portfolio for Coupling (JAURE) & Airflex products.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand market penetration across India.
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance sales performance in assigned territories.

Customer & Industry Management

- Manage key accounts including Steel Plants, Steel OEMs,



Material Handling OEMs, and allied industries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, OEMs, and end-users.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and timely resolution of concerns.

Product Management & Technical Support

- Handle product portfolio including:

- Gear Couplings

- Gear Boxes

- Cardan Shafts

- Material Handling Equipment

- Mechanical Power Transmission Equipment
- Drive product approvals with customers and OEMs.
- Provide techno-commercial guidance for product positioning and application support.

Principal Coordination

- Liaise and maintain effective communication with Overseas Principals and Indian Principals.
- Coordinate for technical discussions, product development, pricing, and market expansion initiatives.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of 5–10+ members.
- Monitor team performance, guide sales strategy, and ensure achievement of business objectives.

Commercial & Operational Management

- Oversee daily business operations related to product line.
- Possess strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiations, contracts, and profitability management.
- Coordinate internally with sales, service, logistics, and operations teams for seamless execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 20+ years of experience in industrial products, mechanical power transmission, couplings, gearboxes, or related engineering equipment.
- Strong exposure to Steel Plants, Steel OEMs, Material Handling OEMs, and industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of handling 30 Cr+ business independently.
- Prior experience in managing and leading teams of 5–10 people or more.
- Strong techno-commercial, negotiation, and business management skills.
- Experience in coordination with international principals / OEMs will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
