Through our Train-to-Hire Program, selected candidates will receive structured, hands-on training in B2B sales, digital outreach, lead generation, client engagement, and AI-driven technology solutions.
Candidates who successfully complete the training program and meet the required performance standards will be offered a full-time position with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the structured Sales & Marketing training program.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in executing business development and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through various outreach channels.
- Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales and activity reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer acquisition and business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent) from a recognized university/institution.
- 2025 or 2026 pass-outs are eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
