Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office & Marketing Executive to support daily administrative operations while assisting with marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesBack Office

- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases.
- Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Assist in inventory management and order processing (if applicable).
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.

Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and agencies for promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Collect and analyze basic marketing data and campaign performance.




- Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
- Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, or customer engagement programs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in back office, administration, or marketing roles (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Experience with email marketing and online promotions.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
