Xcelcure is looking for a street-smart, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can acquire local business clients and convert prospects into paying customers.

We provide business software and CRM solutions, including:

- Hospital Management System
- Lab and Clinic Management Software
- Jewellery Shop ERP
- Restaurant and Hotel Management Software
- Billing and Inventory Management
- CRM and QMS solutions
- Other customized business software

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across Kolkata
- Conduct local market visits, meetings and product demonstrations
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking and field visits
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software
- Follow up consistently and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinate with the technical team for demos and client onboarding

Candidate Requirements
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Bengali,



Hindi and English
- Confident in face-to-face meetings and cold calling
- Street-smart, proactive and comfortable with field sales
- Proven ability to achieve a high lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Experience selling software, CRM, ERP, websites or B2B services will be an advantage
- Must be based in Kolkata and familiar with the local business market
