Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B Sales) Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Food Supply / HoReCa / FMCG About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our B2B customer base in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth by acquiring recent customers. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Identify and generate new business opportunities from hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, hostels, caterers, and other hospitality businesses.

Conduct daily field visits to meet potential customers and present the company's products and services. Convert prospective leads into long-term B2B customers. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with chefs, purchase managers, business owners, and decision-makers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups. Sales & Operations Coordination Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth customer onboarding. Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.



Resolve customer concerns by working closely with internal teams.

Sales

Performance & Reporting Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and sales activity records. Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confident in field sales and interacting with new clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally. Basic smartphone knowledge for sales reporting and communication. Prior experience in B2B Sales, FMCG, Food Distribution, Hospitality, or HoReCa sales will be preferred. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is an added advantage.
