As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by:

✔ Leading and mentoring a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

✔ Managing daily sales performance and KPIs.

✔ Coaching team members to improve closing ratios.

✔ Handling escalated customer enquiries and complex sales.

✔ Developing sales strategies to maximise conversions.

✔ Monitoring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

✔ Working closely with management to achieve company targets.

? Government Energy Rebates (Solar Victoria, VEU, STCs, Battery Rebates)

? Australian B2C/B2B Sales

? Appointment Setting

? Lead Generation

? Energy Retail or Renewable Energy Sales

? International Voice Process (Australian Market) ✅ Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experienced in Australian sales or renewable energy.

✔ Previous experience leading or managing a sales team.

✔ Strong understanding of the Australian residential energy market.

✔ Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

✔ Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

✔ Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
