Responsibilities

- Generate leads through Channel Partners, brokers, references, and direct sourcing.

- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.

- Negotiate and close property sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

- Build and manage strong relationships with customers and Channel Partners.

- Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth booking and documentation.

Salary: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Strong sourcing and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
