Role Overview:-

We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven, and result-oriented Sales Manager with hands-on experience in the sales of PUF Panels, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), and Fire Doors. The ideal candidate should possess a robust industry network, excellent client acquisition skills, and the ability to start delivering business from Day 1.

This role is best suited for someone with a strong sales attitude, commercial understanding, and the hunger to consistently close high-value industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Generate and close sales opportunities for:

1. PUF Panels
2. Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
3. Fire Rated Doors & Industrial Door Solutions

- Develop business through existing personal network and industry contacts.
- Identify and acquire new clients across industrial, warehousing, commercial, cold storage, pharmaceutical, food processing, and infrastructure sectors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aggressively.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project conversion.




- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, site visits, and customer engagement.
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and sales reporting.

Candidate Requirements

- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in PUF Panels .PEB Structures Fire Doors / Industrial Infrastructure Products
- Strong existing network in the industrial and construction sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and highly performance-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Immediate business generation capability preferred.
- Comfortable with travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Profile:-

- Candidates from industrial infrastructure, building materials, roofing, insulation, modular construction, or related sectors will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of project sales and B2B business development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude.
