Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Mahindra dealership and lead our sales team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional performance.
- Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and After-Sales teams for seamless customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Mahindra dealership standards and sales processes.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.




- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent business development capabilities.
- Experience in an automobile dealership will be an added advantage.
