Locations: Chennai, Chandigarh & Jaipur

Salary: Up to ₹11 LPA

Experience: 6–8 Years

What You'll Do

- Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers to provide the best customer solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Develop strategies to drive showroom growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Resolve customer concerns proactively and ensure high satisfaction.
- Share competitive market insights and take ownership of additional responsibilities as required.

Preferred Background We're looking for candidates with:




- 6–8 years of Sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong experience in Retail Sales, Home Interiors, Furniture, Real Estate, Consumer Durables, Luxury Retail, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- A target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements.
- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification.
