Sales Manager - OKNA System Windows & Doors

Location: Delhi, Mohali, Bangalore, Bhopal, Jaipur and Kolkata (Work from Office & Field)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

What You'll Do

- Generate high-quality leads through architects, builders, referrals, and networking.
- Meet homeowners, architects, and channel partners to understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide professional product consultations.
- Prepare accurate quotations and present the best solutions to clients.
- Build strong relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up consistently until successful order closure.
- Coordinate with CRM, Production, and Installation teams for seamless project execution.
- Represent the OKNA brand with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

- 1 to 3 years experience in sales (Fenestration, Building Materials, Interior, Construction, Real Estate, or similar industries preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and site visits.
- Proficient in CRM usage and digital communication tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
