Key Responsibilities ✔ Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to successful closure.

✔ Engage with prospects generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and other lead sources.

✔ Conduct property presentations and site visits to guide clients in making informed investment decisions.

✔ Build long-term relationships with customers through professional consultation and follow-up.

✔ Coordinate with developers for project availability, pricing updates, offers, and inventory management.

✔ Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.





Preferred Candidate Profile ✔ 2–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales (Gurgaon/NCR market preferred).

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✔ Robust understanding of the real estate sales process and customer acquisition.

✔ Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Bachelor's degree preferred.
