Sales Manager (Luxury Hotel)

Location: BJ Road, Bandra West, Mumbai

Experience

- 5–8 years in Luxury Hotels/Hospitality Sales.

- Robust experience in Corporate Sales, MICE, Travel Trade, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive room, banquet, and F&B; revenue through new business development.

- Manage corporate accounts, travel partners, and event planners.

- Generate new leads and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and property visits.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Coordinate with Operations and Revenue teams to maximize business opportunities.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong network within the hospitality industry.

- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
