Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for driving sales of doors and windows, managing key customer accounts, and developing strong relationships with architects, builders, dealers, and end customers.

The Sales

Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, manage the local dealer network, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to close orders. Daily tasks include conducting market visits, identifying new business opportunities,



coordinating with internal teams on order processing and delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, monitoring competitor activity, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably in building materials, doors, windows, or related home solutions.

Strong customer relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build and maintain dealer and partner networks.

Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in simple terms.

Ability to analyze market trends, plan sales strategies, and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Comfort with basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales reporting practices.

High level of self-motivation, integrity, and ownership, with the ability to work independently on-site and in the field.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby regions for client meetings, site visits, and market development.
