The Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Sales Lead Starch & Sugar at our locations in Noida & Pune, India. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships in the Starch & Sugar Processing, Bio-Ethanol and allied industries. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.

Key Requirements





- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and address their requirements
- Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace

Qualifications

- Prior experience in the Starch & Sugar Processing sector is a mandatory requirement
- Experience in the Sugar Processing industry is a significant advantage
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field
