Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting inquiries into bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villa stays and travel experiences.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the booking journey.
- Assist with market research and lead generation.




- Prepare daily sales reports and follow-up updates.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, Travel, and Hospitality.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
