About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing financial services team. The role involves promoting wealth management solutions, loans, insurance products, and financial advisory services to potential clients and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.

Promote and sell wealth management, loan, insurance, and advisory services.

Understand client financial needs and suggest suitable solutions.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.

Update client interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.

Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).

1–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, loans, banking, or advisory sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Basic knowledge of financial products and customer handling.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in:

Wealth Management

Personal Loans / Business Loans / Home Loans

Life & Health Insurance

Financial Advisory / Investment Products will be given preference.
