SwadShri Food & Spices is a fast-growing Indian spice brand committed to delivering pure, hygienic, and authentic spices. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our retail network and grow our market presence across Muzaffarpur and nearby districts.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets daily.
- Generate new business opportunities and appoint new retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Increase product visibility through merchandising and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Collect market feedback and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years in FMCG, Food, or Spices Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.

- Fixed Salary: ₹1.5 to 2.5L per annum (Based on experience)
