Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 2-4 years in the healthcare sector, specializing in ENT equipment

Location: Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and business development for ENT equipment within the West Bengal region.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, and ENT specialists.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to doctors, surgeons, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitable sales while meeting customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth product promotions and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in ENT equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.




- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within West Bengal as per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical device sales compliance.
- Established network in West Bengal's healthcare industry.
