Job Summary

We are hiring for a Sales Executive at SelfTech in Nagpur location. We are looking for a agile and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with 3 4 years of experience in Software Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling CRM, ERP, and other Software Solutions, along with a strong understanding of business processes across various industries. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, product presentations, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and client meetings.

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable CRM, ERP, and Software Solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.





- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging software technologies.

Required Skills

- 3 4 years of experience in IT Software Sales.

- Proven experience in selling CRM, ERP, SaaS, or Enterprise Software Solutions.

- Strong knowledge of software products and business applications.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field sales.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- Experience in B2B software sales is highly preferred.

- Existing network of business clients will be an added advantage.
