Steelsworth is a 76-year-old Tea Machinery and Oil Equipment Manufacturer exporting to over 35 countries. We're hiring a Sales Executive based in Tinsukia to drive machinery sales directly to tea gardens and processing units across Upper Assam.

- Identify new business opportunities among tea estates and processing units in and around Tinsukia
- Conduct regular in-person visits to tea gardens and factories
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close orders
- Build and maintain relationships with tea garden owners, factory managers, and purchase departments
- Coordinate with the production/engineering team on delivery timelines
- Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Ability to develop positive relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.




- Experience in sales will be an add-on.
- Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tinsukia, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:

- Hindi, English (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
