The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control &
prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the Recent Sales
Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.
The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multifunctional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan
- Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
- Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelines
- Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
- Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
- Track market developments and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)
