Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling two-wheelers, achieving monthly sales targets, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, insurance, and accessories.

- Conduct product demonstrations and test ride arrangements.

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, phone calls, and digital platforms.

- Follow up with prospective customers until the sale is closed.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for loan processing.

- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with proper documentation.





- Maintain accurate customer records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Collect customer feedback after delivery and support customer satisfaction initiatives.

- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma (Preferred)

- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid negotiation and convincing ability.

- Customer-focused attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/DMS).

- Ability to work under sales targets.

- Teamwork and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
