Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors.
- Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to order closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, EPC Contractors, Manufacturing Industries, and End Customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Industrial Automation solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

Solution Selling
- Promote Industrial Automation solutions, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, IIoT, Robotics, Control Systems, Drives, Sensors, and Digital Manufacturing solutions.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Application Engineering, and Technical teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.




- Support customers throughout the sales cycle until project closure.

Market Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities across Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Process Industries, Energy, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to generate business opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical) or Business Administration (preferred).
- Prefers minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales.
- Experience selling Industrial Automation products, Software, Digital Manufacturing, or Engineering Solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer meetings
