Responsibilities

- Re-engage and convert abandoned or dormant leads from existing CRM databases.

- Drive repeat purchases and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.

- Build and maintain robust client relationships within Zirakpur and the surrounding territory.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of 300,000 and above.

- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, visits, and digital channels.

- Accurately maintain sales records, call logs, and customer data in the CRM.

- Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

- Adhere to all company compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
