Role Description The Sales Executive role at Laxmi Extrusion is a full-time hybrid position based in the Alwar district, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop current business opportunities, manage and grow relationships with existing customers, and promote the company’s extrusion products across target markets. Typical activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating quotations and orders, coordinating with internal technical and production teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting sales performance, and providing regular reports and feedback to management.

Executive is expected to represent the company professionally at customer visits, industry events, and online meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and track competitors.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to present technical products to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, plan travel, and meet sales targets.
- Relevant experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or extrusion-related products is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, along with basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Alwar district, travel to customer sites as needed, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
