- Make outbound calls to convert leads into policy sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products (Health, Motor, Travel, etc.).
- Explain product features, advantages, and coverage to customers effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while earning attractive incentives.
- Handle customer objections professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Salary: 18000-27,000 In-Hand + Monthly Unlimited Incentives
- Gross Salary: 31,000 per month
