We're looking for an energetic Sales Executive to drive sales of our hollowware range (surgical trays, kidney trays, bowls, drums, and other stainless steel hospital hollowware) across dealers and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new dealer and institutional accounts for hollowware products
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing orders
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for the hollowware category
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers and distributors
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, stock availability, and dispatch
- Stay updated on competitor products and pricing in the hollowware segment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical/surgical equipment or hollowware products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a good understanding of dealer-network sales
