Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and guide clients regarding real estate projects.
- Generate and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and provide regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or B2B/B2C Sales.
- Valuable presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
