What You'll Do

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Meet architects, interior designers, corporate clients, retailers, event agencies, and businesses to introduce ARC RIOT's solutions.





Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Who We're Looking For

Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, Marketing or equivalent preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, energetic, and eager to build a career in B2B sales.

Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Internship or project experience in Sales or Marketing.

Own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
