Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vadodara, focused on driving sales of industrial valve products.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct product presentations and technical discussions, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into orders. Daily responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also involves regular visits to industrial customers, monitoring market trends and supporting post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing industrial product deals.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build long-term client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of industrial valves, fluid control systems, or related mechanical/industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research and analysis to identify new segments, track competitor activity, and support pricing and positioning decisions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including proposal preparation, order tracking, and use of CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical/industrial) or a degree in business/commerce, combined with industrial sales experience, are beneficial.
- Prior experience in valve industry or selling industrial products to sectors like chemical, oil, or textiles is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, travel to customer locations as needed, and meet defined sales targets in a dynamic workplace.
