Sales Executive (Construction)

Position: Sales Executive Construction

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Sales Experience)

CTC: Up to 3 LPA + Performance Incentives

Location: Bhumkar Chowk, Wakad, Pune

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Candidates with experience in Construction or Real Estate Sales are also encouraged to apply.

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Weekly Off)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers, conducting client meetings, understanding project requirements, and building long-term customer relationships. Candidates with a Civil Engineering background or experience in construction/real estate sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads received from the Pre-Sales team and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Visit client locations to understand project requirements and provide suitable construction solutions.
- Coordinate closely with the Pre-Sales, Design, and Project teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Explain the company's construction services, project scope, timelines, and pricing to clients.




- Prepare and present quotations and proposals in coordination with the management team.
- Negotiate commercial terms and work towards successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business development initiatives.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports to management.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, or Interior Solutions.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
