Job Title: Sales Development Executive- Castrol Brand Engine Oil

Location: Kochi, Ernakulam Kerala.

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager & Distributor Owner

Job Overview:

The Key Sales Development Executive for Castrol Engine Oil is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role involves building relationships with branded workshops, delivering quality service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and have strong communication skills to effectively promote Castrol’s branded workshop offer.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in FMCG/Automobiles/ Pharma/ Insurance or account management,



preferably in the automotive industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
