Experience Required: - 4+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Notice Period: - Immediate Joiners or = 30 Days Preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies: -

- Experience in cutting tools, metal cutting, machining, CNC, or manufacturing solutions.
- Exposure to aerospace machining/customers is highly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and customer-facing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Should be open to relocation to Bangalore or Hyderabad (as applicable) in future if need arises.

Job Key Responsibilities: -

- Develop and grow business within the assigned territory.




- Hunter role to develop new business.
- Manage OEM and manufacturing accounts while acquiring new customers.
- Provide technical recommendations for ceramic and CBN cutting tool applications.
- Conduct machining trials and support process optimization.
- Work closely with application engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and chance pipelines.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region.
