Job Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake Machines, CNC Machines, and other industrial machinery solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, machine presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, service, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, sales activities, and order status.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.




- Support customers throughout the complete sales process, from initial enquiry to order finalization and post-sales coordination.
- Travel for customer meetings and business development activities across assigned regions.

Candidate Requirements Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:

- Mechanical Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Mechatronics Engineering • Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering • Instrumentation Engineering • Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience • Freshers are welcome.
- 1–2 years of experience in Industrial Machinery Sales, CNC Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake Machines, Automation Solutions, or B2B Technical Sales will be preferred.

Required Skills • Good communication and presentation skills.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Interest in technical sales and industrial machinery.
- Basic understanding of CNC Machines, Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake Machines, or industrial automation will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and sales-closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
