About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in Pneumatic Products and Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Pneumatic Products and SPM solutions.

- Visit manufacturing plants, OEMs, automation companies, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable pneumatic and automation solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions and product presentations with engineering, production, maintenance, and purchase teams.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and follow up until order closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for technical support and order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer visit records, and sales pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics,



or Industrial Engineering.

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, preferably in Pneumatics, Automation, SPM, Industrial Equipment, or Machine Building.
- Good understanding of pneumatic components such as cylinders, valves, FRLs, fittings, actuators, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial automation applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial automation and machine-building projects.

- Ability to understand engineering drawings and customer applications.
- Existing network with OEMs, manufacturing industries, and automation customers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
