About The Role Hentech Engineering Solution is looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Engineers to expand our presence in the industrial and manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell industrial products and engineering solutions to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Sales and Engineering Products.
- Strong product understanding and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma (Polytechnic) or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Fresher to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Engineering Sales.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel will be preferred.
