Role: Sales & Email Marketing Intern (Performance-Based) Are you someone who enjoys connecting with businesses, researching prospects, and opening doors for meaningful conversations We're looking for a proactive and resourceful intern to support our business development efforts through targeted email outreach and prospecting. This is a performance-based internship, making it ideal for individuals who are confident in their communication skills and motivated by results.

What You'll Do - Research and identify qualified B2B prospects on LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Execute cold email outreach campaigns.
- Personalize email messages based on the prospect's industry and business.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture conversations.
- Book discovery meetings for the founder.
- Track outreach performance and maintain CRM/spreadsheet records.
- Suggest improvements to email campaigns based on response rates.



Who We're Looking For - Strong written English communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and persistent.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email.
- Detail-oriented with good research skills.
- Interest in B2B marketing, sales, or business development.
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory. What You'll Gain - Hands-on exposure to B2B sales and lead generation.
