Scoutreach is a B2B lead-gen agency that books qualified meetings for companies worldwide. We're looking for someone who basically lives in the inbox — turning cold email replies into booked calls.

What you’ll be doing

- Handling high-volume cold email replies with speed & empathy
- Converting interested prospects into scheduled meetings
- Spotting patterns → suggesting template & copy improvements
- Reporting daily metrics (replies, meetings booked, learnings)

You’re a outstanding fit if you have:

- 1+ year experience managing cold email / SDR inboxes
- Strong written English (clear, natural, professional)
- Experience with tools like Gmail, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.
- Self-discipline & comfort working with KPIs / targets

Nice to have (not required):

- Sales / business development background
- Understanding of deliverability & A/B testing

Compensation

Base salary + bonus for every qualified meeting booked

Clear KPIs + uncapped upside
