KYC Hub builds compliance and financial-crime software for banks, fintechs, and regulated enterprises. We work with many of the top financial institutions in India, US, Canada, and the UK.

This is a phone-first outbound role in our sales team. You'll spend most of your day calling prospects, booking meetings for the sales team, and keeping email conversations moving. The targeting, scripts, and messaging are provided — your job is to execute them consistently, at volume, every day.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls per day from provided lead lists
- Book qualified meetings and hand them off to the sales team with clean notes
- Manage inbound and outbound email: replies, follow-ups, scheduling back-and-forth — nothing sits unanswered for more than a few hours
- Run provided email sequences and call scripts as written; flag what's not working rather than freelancing changes




- Keep the CRM accurate: every call logged, every status current, every meeting tracked
- Confirm meetings before they happen and reschedule no-shows

Requirements:
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily
- Explicit, confident spoken English and clean written communication - Native level English. Other languages a plus
- Organized and reliable: follows process, keeps commitments, doesn't need reminders
- Coachable: takes feedback on call delivery and applies it the next day
- 1–2 years in an SDR, telesales, call center, or appointment-setting role preferred; strong phone presence matters more than industry background
- Experience with a CRM and a dialer is a plus
